Happy Halloween!

WOW!  I can't believe this is our 100th post!  It's crazy to think how far we have come in these 100 posts and we thank everyone that has and is following our journey.  :)

We had an amazing Halloween!  Lilly really understand the concept of what Halloween is all about...CANDY!  We had a trunk-or-treat first a couple days before Halloween at our church.  She dressed up as a hippie for the trunk-or-treat and Brandon was a fireman.  I didn't dress up this year since I have been sick this week.  It didn't take Lilly very long before she realized that when she said "trick-or-treat" someone handed her candy.  She was mostly just excited because she got to put the candy in her bucket, that was her favorite part.
And then on Halloween we enjoyed some Papa Murphy's pizza, of course in the shape of a jack-o-lantern.  We took Lilly out to trick-or-treat around our neighborhood and this time she was Minnie Mouse.  She just kept going and going and going and going!  We got so much candy.  People would give her a piece and then Lilly would just look at them and adorably say, "Thank You", then they would just say how cute she was and give her another couple pieces of candy.  It was a lot of fun!  I think she would've kept going, but it was getting close to her bedtime so we headed home.  She was exhausted by the time she got her jammies on and was drinking her milk.  Best Halloween Ever!!!

Visit to Richland

We needed to get some stuff out of our storage unit that we have in Richland and we wanted to see my brother and his family too, so we made a quick day trip down there.  While we were down there we went to my bestest friends house, Katie.  In pure best-friend-fashion, she baked us some of her amazing cookies and we enjoyed a couple hours chatting and Lilly played with her adorable son, Jimmy.  I also got a little work done and stripped some wallpaper in one of her bedrooms for her.  Now we are planning a fun work weekend and will be redoing her bedroom, I'm so excited!
We brought my niece her birthday card and Lilly went completely nuts spending time with her cousins.  I just couldn't resist posting pretty much all the pictures of them playing.  Lilly immediately walked into my brother's house and made her way up to Sadie's room and started playing.  She loves spending time with her cousins, and Sadie is especially sweet to her.  I can't even express how much I love watching them play.  They chased each other all around the house and we could hear laughter and squeals as they all played.

(This is the funniest one *above*, we were all back in the family room and the kids were all hiding.  So Lilly just comes strutting in like, "hey, where did they all go?")
